Lost my mojo

I have lost my mojo and really need to get it back. I have not exercised in 3 days and I have eaten like crap. The worst part is I have no desire to exercise or eat healthy. I am craving all crappy food. I have only 2 weeks till my vacation and I am not going to fit into my clothes I wanted to. At this rate I won't even fit in the clothes I am wearing now.

I'm in the same boat... the only thing I can tell you is what I am telling myself:

Take today minute by minute, meal by meal.

Lets get today past us and we will do much better tomorrow!

You have done so well on this journey already. Even if you put back 10 lbs (although you won't) you still will be a massive 50+ lbs lighter than you were at the beginning of this year.

That is not to be sneezed at! So instead of beating yourself up, pat yourself on the back and enjoy your holiday - you deserve it.

Don't lose faith in yourself. Think of how much better you feel about yourself and life in general when you eat healthy and exercise. :)
