OK so today was my first day of trying to eat clean. Well my mix of eating clean & Weight Watchers. Not sure how I did but I feel good about it. I took pictures of my meals & I will post them at the bottom. I ended up not going to work today. I woke up & showered to go but then I just did not feel good, I ended up watching TV all day long. I did manage to get off my but at 5:30 to snow blow the drive way then make dinner. I will get back to the gym tomorrow. I do feel so much better when I exercise so I don't know why I get in these moods where I just don't feel like going. I think once you get in the groove of going it gets much easier to go.
It seems my computer does not want to upload my pictures so I will try later.

Breakfast= Pineapple, Ezekiel Cinnamon raisin toast & Egg Frittata

Lunch=Steel Cut Oats with 1/2 an apple & Cinnamon, side=1/2 an apple with low fat cheese

I've found for myself that being consistent is what gives me the momentum to keep exercising.
I hope you can get your pics loaded,,,I love seeing what people are eating!
The hardest part about going to the gym is going to the gym =) Just remind yourself how awesome you feel when you leave. Can't wait to see food pics !
