Weigh in results

I am so very happy with my weight in results, can you believe I lost 5.2 pounds this week. I guess sticking to the plan does work. I was a bit worried because I only exercised 2 times this week, on Sunday & Yesterday. I lost more this week then I do when I exercise 6 days a week. That make me think maybe I should cut down my exercise, maybe I am over exercising. I will have to do an experiment.

sometimes exercise makes your appetite grow and that could be why you don't lose as much weight when you exercise more(because you eat more). I would say find a medium between the 2 days a week and 6 days a week. Maybe 3-4! GREAT JOB on the 5.2 pounds that is AWESOME!

Congrats! Isn't that a great feeling?

I just read an article on Sparkpeople that we may not be getting enough exercise, suggesting that at least 50 minutes 5 days a week is where most overweight/obese people should shoot for if trying to lose weight. So maybe you're on the right track? I guess it comes down to what works for each person.
